Ospina Talent Consulting was created by Yohanna Ospina, an executive leader from the technology sector with extensive experience across industries in digital transformation, innovation, consulting, technological implementation, infrastructure and operations. She founded the firm in January 2022 to help companies grow on the back of what technology can actually do for them.

Yohanna Ospina spent more than two decades as a service delivery manager, CRM business manager, systems engineer and technical lead before founding the company — across data center infrastructure, server and hardware maintenance, and operating systems.
