Yohanna Ospina founded Ospina Talent Consulting in January 2022, bringing with her more than twenty years of leadership experience and a record of growing and building organizations.

Her career spans service delivery management, CRM business management, IT specialization, system administration, systems engineering, technical leadership and desktop support — with deep ground in data center infrastructure, server and hardware maintenance, and operating systems.

She has led teams of more than 200 professionals across information systems, accounts, finance, human resources, data and analytics, client operations and corporate strategy, helping them meet their own business goals.

Before founding the firm she was Service Delivery for technical solutions across the LATAM region, acting as the focal point of technical contact with customers. She managed international accounts including WPP — nine international companies — in London, and national accounts in Colombia including Casa Luker, Teamfood, Cafam, Grupo AVAL (Av Villas, Banco de Occidente and Banco de Bogotá), La 14 stores, G&G Systems, Comfandi, Colsubsidio, FNA and Acesco.

She led and integrated teams for platform implementation and hosting with IBM colleagues in Brazil, Mexico, Atlanta, New York, Dallas, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, India and Colombia, and handled hosting incident escalation with IBM focal points at critical moments.

Yohanna has worked at IBM, LATAM, Hewlett Packard, Mobil and AT&T across a range of functions: developing and executing strategic plans, introducing new technical tools and processes, optimizing sales channels and improving product roadmaps.
